Back in 1966, armed with a recipe & a dream, Leonardo & Rosina Aceti opened a small kitchen serving pizza pies. Using the recipe they were raised with in Cosenza, Italy they would make their dough from scratch & by hand. Using only the finest ingredients & quality toppings, word quickly spread throughout the Hamilton area about a great tasting pizza. It wasn’t long before the demand outgrew the capabilities of the small kitchen. In 1970, a dining room was added to accommodate guests desire to eat the fresh pizzas straight from the oven.
Not much has changed since then, we still make our dough fresh in store using the exact recipe Leonardo & Rosina Aceti brought to Canada. We hand-stretch the dough & add our unique pizza sauce. It is topped with real mozzarella cheese & fresh toppings baked on our stone slabs making for great pizzas!
